Preamble

1. Object

The following terms & conditions apply to all sales conclued on the 2R Aventure website. They are exclusive of other conditions.

 

2. General

Our products and accessories being subject to changes and constant improvements, all technical data are indicative and without commitment, subject to change without notice. Photographs, descriptive or safety data sheets of products offered for sale are not included in the contract. If errors are introduced there, in no event shall 2R Aventure can be committed. Texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on our website are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property. 2R Adventure customer service (03 20 13 09 15) is available to customers for giving guidance as to the product use conditions, their performance and limitations. Therefore, the customer is solely responsible for the choice of its orders. It is also solely responsible for the use of the products.

 

3. Products availability

In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. Payment made by the customer on this purchase, at its request, can be returned; no compensation can be claimed 2R Aventure.

 

4. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included. The price of each product selected by you is shown excluding shipment costs. The prices on the order summary are in duty and taxes included as well as without taxes. The amount of all taxes plus shipping fees will appear on your bill when you entered your delivery address. In case of changing the list price, the products are billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry.

 

5. Orders

The progress of your order is achieved by a series of data entered on one screen. To finalize your order, you must accept these conditions on the "order summary" screen. Through to payment, you can change the ordered products. 2R Adventure will confirm by e-mail your order. This consideration of confirmation will contain a summary of all the products you confirmed the order. If paying by credit card, the CIC will notify you by email of the progress of your transaction.

 

6. Payments

The payment is irrevocable. It is performed in the currency in which legal tender in France :

by bank check, ,attached with the proforma invoice. To minimise the lead time, you can print the proforma invoice after confirming your order and send us back with the payment ordered to 2R aventure (190 Rue Marie Curie – Parc d'Activité du Chat – 59118 WAMBRECHIES). Only French bank account holders can issue French bank checks.

by credit card . you will then redirected on the secured website from our bank, the CIC. At no time we are not aware of the numbers and information you need to provide. We are only informed by the CIC that a transfer in the amount of your order was made on our behalf.

Article L.441-6 du code de commerce

Pursuant to Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, penalties at the rate of 25% are due to non-payment by the date set on the invoice. 30 € are added for tax administrative and accounting costs.

 

7. Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative. Any unusual delay will be reported to the buyer. In any case, a delay can not give rise to claims for penalties or damages.

 

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, our products are guaranteed one year. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse of the products (described in the instruction manuals supplied with each product) or modification of the product by the user. In no event will our liability can not be substituted for that of the manufacturer for defects and workmanship.

 

9. Aftersales services

When ordering spare parts must be of a written request by phone or from an authorized resale point 2R Adventure. 10. Receipt of goods

All shipments of goods, carried out by our carriers, are covered by their insurers. This means in case of a claim to delivery, specific and characterized reservations on the delivery note of the carrier. Indeed, our carriers indicate that insurance records must be perfect in accordance with Article 105 of the Civil Code. It is strongly advised to unpack the package in the presence of the carrier or the postal agent to be able to show him any damage. If necessary, any reservation must be confirmed within 24 hours after delivery by registered mail with return receipt to the carrier. A single copy of this letter will be addressed to 2R Adventure. Can only be considered registered letters that have not been the subject of prior and characterized reservations on the delivery receipt.

12. Legal Deadline for withdrawal

The consumer has a period of seven days to exercise his right of withdrawal without any reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. The consumer may waive this deadline in case he could not move and simultaneously he would needs to call for an immediate and necessary service to its conditions of existence. In this case, it would continue to exercise its right of withdrawal without any reasons or pay penalties. The mentioned period begins from the receipt for the goods or acceptance of the offer for services. When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
